Awards Dinner and Raffle 2016

[We have sold the meals that were prepared by the caterer.]

(Although we may have 1 or 2 still available at the door for people who don’t show.) We would still love to have you join us for the raffle and awards if you are able to join us.

There are many good eating establishments near the hotel in the Thanksgiving Point area. Please grab something to eat there and then join us at the raffle and awards ceremony. Thanks for your support of the Utah Sky Trials!

TIME: 5:30 p.m.

Menu: Creamy Lemon Chicken.  Boneless chicken breasts lightly breaded and pan seared. Served with a creamy lemon sauce and garnished with lemon slices. Marvelous Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable Medley (broccoli, squash and carrots). Spinach Salad: Fresh spinach and romaine tossed with sugared almonds, mozzarella cheese, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries and their home-made raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Home-style dinner rolls, Molly’s Chocolate Cream Cheese Cake.  YUM!

Cost: The cost for dinner at the door or here online is $20 per person. If you purchase your banquet ticket online, we will give you 5 free raffle tickets at the door.

Online payment or payment at the door (if there are any meals still available) may be made by PayPal, VISA credit or debit cards, or other major credit cards.

Raffle and Awards Ceremony with no Dinner. If you would just like a chance at the raffle and to attend the awards ceremony, you may come for a cover charge of $3.

We have some excellent raffle items lined up including items donated from Western Sporting, Mike’s Falconry, Northwoods ,  KC Falconry Leashes, Steve Tait, Falcon Force, as well as many others. See Donor Page for list of donors and sponsors.

Donating Raffle Items. The Utah Sky Trials depends a great deal on the generous donations from so many. If you wish to donate items (which can be falconry related or not) please bring them to the Flights Friday or Saturday or to the banquet. If you wish to ship them, or have any questions regarding the banquet or raffle, please contact the Banquet and Raffle chairperson here.

Note: A portion of the proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Utah Falconers Association for ongoing conservation efforts.
