The banquet has always been a good tradition and we continue that this year. Our banquet this year will be prepared and served by Marvelous Catering one of the premier caterers in the valley. If you have ever eaten at Molly’s restaurant in Provo, it is the same company.

It is worth the trip just for their desserts!

The challenge has always been how to gauge how many people to plan on.  If you order too many meals, you have to eat the costs. (Pun intended.) If you don’t order enough, then people go hungry.

To help with this challenge, we are pre-selling tickets here on the website and offer a discount for those who do. You can still buy meal tickets at the door if there are meals available. We have a limited number of meals and the number is 60. If the demand exceeds that, we can still order more as late as Thursday February 16.

BANQUET DATE: Saturday February 18

WHERE: Lehi Legacy Center, 150 North Center Street, Lehi

TIME: 6:30 p.m.

Cost: The cost for dinner at the door will be $15 per person. If you purchase your banquet ticket online, it will only cost you $14 plus you will receive 2 free raffle tickets.

Online payment may be made by PayPal, VISA credit or debit cards, or other major credit cards.

Raffle and Awards Ceremony with no Dinner. If you would just like a chance at the raffle and to attend the awards ceremony, you may come for a cover charge of $3.

Donating Raffle Items. The Utah Sky Trials depends a great deal on the generous donations from so many. If you wish to donate items (which can be falconry related or not) please bring them to the Flights Friday or Saturday or to the banquet. If you wish to ship them, or have any questions regarding the banquet or raffle, please contact the Banquet and Raffle chairperson here.

Note: A portion of the proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Utah Falconers Association for ongoing conservation efforts.

Entree: Molly’s Honey Roasted Pit Ham

Side Dish 1: Au gratin Potatoes

Side Dish 2: Vegetable Medley

Salad: Spinach Salad

Bread: Home-style dinner rolls

Dessert: Chocolate cream cheese cake and lemon cream cake

Beverage: Ice water and Lemonade
